The elemental origins I chose for my elemental studies assignment are Japanese and Chinese. The five elements in Japanese Buddhist philosophy, or godai, are fire, water, wind, earth, and void. My Bio

I am a brown haired, brown eyed, girl from a small town and the youngest of a big family.

I graduated the University of Kentucky in 2018 with a major in Modern and Classical Languages, Literature & Culture: Japan Studies, and a minor in Linguistics. During the 2016-17 school year, I was one of the first students accepted from my home university to study abroad to Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan. It was a year that I will never forget.

Currently, I live and work in Japan as an Assistant Language Teacher or an ALT with the JET program. I am currently on my 4th year and hope to continue for as long as I can.

I am busy with work but I will try to update as much as I can. Drawing, taking pictures, and creating stories has always been a passion of mine and I don't want it to go away. No matter where I live or what I do. I hope you all understand.

Haha, so it's been awhile and I decide to draw again and it let me back to DeviantART. So I'm back. For a quick update: - I started and finished my first year of college at the University of Kentucky - I met a ton of great friends! Like people who actually wanted to hang out with me and not like those losers in High School. Hi, sorry for the late reply. I have been busy with college work and planning to study abroad my junior year, so I kind of forgot about DeviantART again.. whoops. Thank you by the way.
